3D Character Animator (m/f/d)

Realmforge Studios was founded in 2008 as part of the Kalypso Media family and specialises in strategy and simulation games for PC and the latest consoles. Our popular Dungeons series has already sold over 4 million units worldwide.

As a member of our team, you will create all kinds of exciting objects and bring our game world to life. You will be able to work closely with the team and have a significant influence on our project.

We are looking for reinforcement for our team in Munich:

Your tasks:

• Skinning and rigging of our character models
• Bringing characters and creatures to life with dynamic and humorous animations
• Integrate and optimise finished assets in Unity
• Work closely with all members of the team to achieve our best possible result
• Maintain and optimise the animation pipeline
• Review, approve and integrate work from our external partners
• Animating other various smaller and larger objects

You...

• have 3+ years of experience in 3D animation in video games
• have very good knowledge of 3ds Max and/or Maya and Unity
• have outstanding character animation skills - a good sense of timing and movement
• have good rigging and skinning skills
• can process and give constructive feedback well
• work reliably and independently
• enjoy stylised graphics, like to develop and share crazy ideas
• are fluent in written and spoken German and/or English

Would be an advantage:

• Knowledge in modelling and texturing
• Experience in scripting
