At PixelPool, we’re creating Dtail (https://www.dtail.com) as a sustainable alternative for critical parts of the fashion industry's workflow. Dtail is a 3D, cloud-based platform that is used by top fashion brands around the world to design, plan, present and sell collections using 3D samples and virtual environments. We are building this platform using the latest web- and 3D technology - Unreal Engine 5 and C++ for our Dtail Spaces application

PixelPool is headquartered in the Hague and with offices in Bulgaria and the United States. Besides designing and developing Dtail, PixelPool provides 3D content production services to the fashion industry.

About the role

We are looking for a 3D Specialist to support our Customer Success team during onboarding and training of high-profile fashion clients. This role blends hands-on 3D asset expertise with client consulting and educational content creation. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of 3D file standards and workflows, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Client Enablement

• Consult clients on 3D standards, formats, exporting techniques, and platform compatibility

• Support the Customer Success Manager in scoping and managing the 3D-related parts of onboarding

• Review and, when needed, process client 3D assets (e.g., optimize geometry, textures, and structure) for upload and integration

• Lead or co-host onboarding sessions and training workshops focused on 3D workflows

Knowledge and Content Creation

• Create tutorials, documentation, and internal guides on 3D best practices and platform-specific workflows

• Record short video walkthroughs and feature demos for our customer knowledge base

• Collaborate with Product to explain new 3D-related features clearly and use-case aligned

• Continuously improve and expand our 3D resource library based on common client questions and needs

• Maintain and develop a deep and full understanding of Dtail’s technical capabilities and limitations with regard to DPC/3D and how this relates to observed workflows at potential customers.
