Your work will involve crafting iconic weapons for a passionate FPS community. Responsibilities include creating highly detailed, optimized weapon models that balance realism and stylized appeal, working on a live-service game where art directly impacts gameplay, and collaborating with experienced FPS developers. The role emphasizes a healthy work-life balance, avoiding crunch, and understanding how weapon design influences the feel of fast-paced shooters. Experience with PBR workflows, clean topology, and material definition is essential, as is the ability to make weapons visually convey power.

  • Create highly detailed, optimized weapon models that balance realism with stylized appeal
  • Work on a live-service game where your art directly impacts the meta
  • Collaborate with veterans who’ve shipped award-winning FPS titles

  • Understand how weapon design impacts gameplay feel in fast-paced shooters
  • Have experience with PBR workflows, clean topology, and material definition
  • Know how to make weapons look and \"feel\" powerful through visual design
  • Portfolio should showcase:
    3+ weapon models with breakdowns (high-poly to game-ready)
