Job Description

The Account Coordinator assists Account Executives with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts. Duties include entering, reviewing, and revising orders, providing instructions to the Traffic department, confirming payments, and managing preemption requests. They also pull inventory reports, request copy points, logos, and prizes from clients, create event recaps, reconcile invoices, and research paperwork for credit memos. The role involves strong organizational and communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English, and the ability to work in a multi-task environment.
Must have:
  • 1 year minimum experience in sales
  • Detail-oriented & strong organization skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to work in multi-task environment
  • Computer skills including Windows, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Good to have:
  • Fluent in Spanish (read and write)

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

The Account Coordinator assists Account Executives (AEs) with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts. Duties include but are not subjected to: being the liaison between Sales, Production & Promotions departments.

Job Responsibilities:

•Enter, Review, and Revise Orders & provide Traffic department with instructions and spot(s)

•Confirm payment and send to Business Manager

•Pull weekly inventory reports for management

•Manage preemptionsoRequest Inventory updates for Makegood OfferoResearch rating point equivalentoOffer MakegoodsoFollow through with AE for Makegood approvaloConfirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox and Katz MediaGroup

•Request copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from client to production

•Revenue, Competitive, & Historical Reports in Wide Orbit

•Enter missing copy through VCreative

•Create PowerPoint Event recaps for clients detailing all elements included. Event Recaps to bedelivered in a timely manner

•Reconcile invoices at the end of the month for those advertisers that require notarizedpaperwork. Co-op process may include translations of TV and/or Radio creative

•Research paperwork for credit memos•Sales Back-up when/as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

•1-year minimum experience in tangible or intangible sales

•Detail oriented & strong organizations skills

•Good Customer Service

•Strong Verbal and written English language communication skills

•Able to work in multi-task work environment

•Computer skills including Windows 200/XP, PowerPoint, Excel and Word requiredPlease note that the above duties are subject to change due to unforeseen changes i.e: new operational systems being deployed, agencies/clients requiring revised/new duties to name a few.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•Fluent in Spanish (read and write)Eligibility Requirements
•Must be willing to work from office in San Antonio, TX

•Employment/Education will be verified
