TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact product initiatives for VIX, our global streaming platform. The leader will guide cross-functional teams in delivering innovative, user-centric experiences that support growth, engagement, and long-term customer value. You will work closely with design, engineering, data, marketing, and executive stakeholders to define and deliver on the product roadmap. This role requires strong strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a passion for driving the future of digital media and streaming entertainment.

You have a strong background in building products for emerging markets, and a deep understanding of the nuances of global audiences. Your experience spans direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms and includes exposure to sectors such as gaming, fintech, and thin tech. Spanish proficiency is required to support key regional initiatives and cross-market collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for a portfolio of features across the VIX platform.
- Lead cross-functional teams to bring new product ideas to life, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Align product goals with business objectives and user needs to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, data, and other internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class experiences.
- Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, iterating quickly to optimize outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product innovation.
- Mentor and manage a team of product managers, helping them grow into strong, strategic leaders.
- Represent product strategy and progress to executive leadership and other key partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive product leadership role.
- Strong background in consumer-facing digital products, ideally within media, streaming, or related industries.
- Proven success driving product vision, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience building and scaling products in emerging markets.
- Spanish language proficiency required.
- Experience with DTC platforms, gaming, or fintech is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across levels and functions.
- Experience managing and scaling product teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-informed decision making.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product development best practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms.
- Global product or international market experience, especially in emerging markets.
- Technical fluency and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Background in gaming, fintech, or innovative digital product verticals.
