Job Description

This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and expand the firm's client base. Responsibilities include building relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives. The position involves supporting sales teams, partners, and account/industry teams in their business development actions, contributing to a more harmonized and targeted commercial animation system. Tasks also include managing key partnerships and campaigns, defining action plans, coordinating efforts, and reporting on performance indicators. The role requires collaboration with marketing teams for a global campaign vision and supporting business development actions for strategic projects.
Must have:
  • Bac+5 degree (business school, university, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in business development
  • Excellent analytical, structuring, and project coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High autonomy and strong team spirit
  • Proactive, rigorous, agile, and results-oriented
  • English proficiency

Job Description & Summary

Those in business development at PwC will focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and expand the Firm's client base. Your work will involve building relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

Au sein de la Direction Clients & Markets de PwC France et Maghreb, vous rejoindrez l’équipe Business Performance, dont la mission est d’optimiser et de structurer les actions de business development au sein de la firme.

Vous apporterez un appui commercial et marketing sur plusieurs projets stratégiques, en lien avec les équipes Sales, les Associés, les équipes de comptes et d’industries.

Ce que vous pouvez attendre de nous :

Business Performance – Structuration & Animation Commerciale

  • Accompagner les équipes Sales, les Associés, ainsi que les équipes de comptes et d’industries dans leurs actions de business development.

  • Contribuer à la création d’un dispositif d’animation commerciale plus harmonisé et ciblé.

  • Faire le lien avec les Account Managers, les Industry Drivers et les Régions Drivers.

  • Suivre et enrichir le calendrier détaillé des actions.

  • Réaliser le reporting des indicateurs-clés définis dans le plan d’action.

  • Promouvoir les outils et les bonnes pratiques auprès du management group et des équipes client.

Gestion de Projets – Partenariats & Campagnes

  • Participer à la gestion de projets autour des partenariats clés de l’entreprise.

  • Contribuer à maximiser l’impact business des campagnes et partenariats, du ciblage au suivi des actions de développement.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Marketing pour assurer une vision globale des campagnes.

  • Définir les plans d’actions associés : identification des interlocuteurs clés, coordination des actions, suivi.

  • Assurer le reporting des indicateurs de performance liés à ces dispositifs.

La liste de ces missions n’est pas exhaustive et pourra évoluer en fonction des besoins de l’équipe.

Ce que nous pouvons attendre de vous :

  • Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 (en école de commerce, université, ou équivalent), vous avez une expérience confirmée en business development, acquise dans un cabinet de conseil ou dans une grande entreprise / environnement similaire.

  • Excellente capacité d’analyse, structuration et coordination de projets.

  • Aisance relationnelle et sens de la communication.

  • Forte autonomie alliée à un solide esprit d’équipe.

  • Proactif(ve), rigoureux(se), agile et orienté(e) résultats.

  • Anglais requis
