Position Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive to expand their sales career in the exciting Construction Tech space. As an Autodesk Construction Cloud AE, you'll represent Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. You'll be responsible for selling Autodesk's construction software solutions and managing customer relationships in your assigned geography. We're looking for someone who can build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their business needs and goals, and provide guidance on how Autodesk's solutions can help them achieve their objectives.
Autodesk has revolutionized the construction business for the digital age by enabling companies to address important challenges they face today while preparing for new ways of working in the future. The Autodesk Construction Solutions portfolio connects design teams to project and site stakeholders, allowing them to work seamlessly on one platform. This reduces stress and data silos throughout the entire phase of a building's lifecycle, from design and preconstruction to construction, turnover, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts through the entire sales process, from identifying potential customers and prospecting to contract negotiations and signing
- Manage and qualify inbound leads and pipeline with accurate and timely responses
- Identify new potential customers and build relationships with them
- Provide demos and presentations of Autodesk's construction solutions
- Collaborate with Autodesk's technical team to ensure a smooth detailed demo and implementation guidance
- Work with customer champions and management to develop a project plan for implementing the software and plan for post-sales support implementation support through our ACS certified Resellers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, working closely with the Customer Success Team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with the larger Autodesk sales team to meet sales targets and achieve business goals
- Effectively position Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions to Building industry-leading associations
- Collaborate with renewals team to retain and expand accounts
- Deliver an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast of business
Minimum Qualifications
- Located in Manila
- High proficiency in both spoken and written Tagalog and English essential for seamless communication and collaboration with customers
- Proven track record of success in sales in SaaS, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong customer relationship management skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Understanding of the Autodesk Construction Cloud products and services, as well as the broader construction industry and market trends
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and build rapport with customers
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other AEs, sales support, and technical teams to provide exceptional customer service and close sales
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs, willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and product features
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
- Experience in Field Sales
