Position Overview
The Enterprise Identity Services team within Autodesk’s Enterprise Security and Compliance organization provides innovative solutions to support Autodesk workers around the globe—wherever they may be.
Enterprise Identity Services has an opening for a Senior Manager to work cross-functionally with different Identity domain areas namely Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-factor authentication (MFA), Enterprise Verifiable Credentials and Directory services to drive progress towards goals. As a Senior Manager you will be point person for driving various Identity initiatives including but not limited to Employee Experience and Security.
You will be working in close collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to offer best in class and secure user experience for Autodesk workers.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Identity Services strategy, including roadmap for technology upgrades, process improvements, and compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across IT, business units, and security teams to identify and prioritize IAM requirements
- Define and implement policies and procedures for user identity lifecycle management, access controls, and privilege management
- Technical Oversight
- Manage the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IAM platforms and tools (e.g., Single Sign-On, Identity Governance Administration, Provisioning, Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Ensure integration of IAM systems with existing enterprise infrastructure and applications
- Monitor and analyze IAM system performance, identifying and addressing potential security risks and performance bottlenecks
- Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of IAM specialists and managers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IAM team
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage team workload to meet project deadlines
- Stakeholder and Vendor Engagement
- Establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders, vendors understanding their specific access requirements and communicating IAM policies clearly
- Proactively identify and address potential business impacts of IAM changes
- Provide regular updates and reports on IAM status to senior management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
- 10+ years of experience leading complex Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects, including implementation, upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration
- 5+ years of managing technical teams across geographies, with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep expertise in IAM principles (authentication, authorization, provisioning, de-provisioning, and user verification)
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms such as SailPoint IdentityNow, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
- Strong technical knowledge in SSO, MFA, directory services, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills; able to manage conflict and build consensus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset, with ability to adapt in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications like CISM, CISSP, or IAM related credentials are preferred
