Job Summary
As an Account Executive at Intralinks, an SS&C company, you will drive relationships and build trust with financial advisors, investment banks, and other clients in the M&A sector. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal negotiation, and educating clients on our secure, AI-enabled M&A workflow solutions. You will gain exposure to diverse sectors, execute strategic account plans, and actively engage in market events, collaborating with global teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Must Have
- Build and grow relationships with bankers, legal counsels, consultants, and corporates
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to deal negotiation and client onboarding
- Drive product adoption by educating clients on key features and identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Execute strategic account plans for key clients
- Engage actively in the market through outreach, product demonstrations, and industry events

About the Role

As the face of Intralinks, you’ll drive relationships and build trust with a diverse client base, including financial advisors, investment banks, boutique advisory firms, lawyers, consultants, and corporates—guiding them through the high-stakes world of M&A due diligence, deal execution, and beyond.
