Sprinklr is seeking an Account Executive, Consultant to identify, negotiate, and close major deals within a defined territory. The role involves engaging with CMOs and CTOs of top global brands to develop impactful solutions, utilizing strong salesmanship to identify decision-makers, and nurturing long-term relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include pursuing new leads through networking, staying updated on industry trends and competitors, and actively seeking feedback to enhance performance. This position requires a top-tier sales performer with a minimum of 10 years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience, demonstrating adaptability, a strong work ethic, exceptional relationship-building, and influencing capabilities, along with a passion for customer experience and understanding digital engagement trends.

Job Description

Role Details: 

• Title: Account Executive, Consultant 

• Location: Mumbai/Bangalore 

• Experience Required: 10+ years (relevant enterprise software sales experience) 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, negotiate, and close major deals in a defined territory. 

  • Engage with CMOs and CTOs of top global brands to build impactful solutions. 

  • Use superior salesmanship to identify decision-makers and influencers. 

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders. 

  • Actively pursue new leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals. 

  • Continuously learn about industry trends and competitors to maintain a strong sales edge. 

  • Seek regular feedback from leaders, peers, and clients to improve performance. 

Required Skills: 

  • Top 10% sales performer in your current role or division. 

  • Smart, adaptable, and possesses a strong work ethic. 

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales. 

  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing capabilities. 

  • Passion for customer experience and deep understanding of digital/social engagement trends.
