Revolgy is seeking a driven Account Executive to join their team, focusing on driving significant revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding Google Cloud solutions. This role involves full sales cycle ownership, from lead generation to contract negotiation, strategic account planning, and accurate pipeline management. The Account Executive will identify customer challenges, propose optimal Google Cloud solutions, and consistently close high-value deals, nurturing relationships with SMBs and Enterprise accounts while contributing to Revolgy's future.
Must have:
  • Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Acquire new customers and expand Google Cloud adoption.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline accurately.
  • Identify customer challenges and propose Google Cloud solutions.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Nurture relationships with SMBs and Enterprise accounts.

Contract Type 📃 This position is open to candidates seeking employment under a standard employment agreement or engagement as an independent contractor under a business-to-business (B2B) contractual arrangement.

What Will You Do ? 🔧

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers and expanding Google Cloud adoption within existing accounts.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Creating and implementing strategic account plans to boost revenue within your assigned territory, working both independently and collaboratively with the Revolgy team.
  • Internal Collaboration: Working effectively with internal Revolgy teams to deepen engagement and success with key accounts.
  • Pipeline Management: Accurately forecasting and managing the sales pipeline while ensuring a high level of data hygiene within our CRM system.
  • Solution Selling: Quickly identifying challenges that prospective customers face and discovering the best Google Cloud solutions for their business.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently closing new business at or above quota level.
  • Relationship Building: Nurturing relationships with highly qualified opportunities at SMBs and Enterprise accounts.
  • Shaping Revolgy's Future: Contributing your results, perspectives, ideas, and skills to help shape the future of Revolgy's mission.

What You Bring 🎯

  • AE Experience: Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of personally selling and closing solutions to enterprise and software companies.
  • Prospecting Skills: Strong experience identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts.
  • Account Management Expertise: Experience in account management, developing and managing large enterprise clients, and a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Quota-Driven Background: Experience working within a quota-driven environment with a proven ability to close high-value deals in excess of 6 figures.
  • Sales Methodology: Expertise in solution-based selling or consultative selling.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including handling complex deals with long sales cycles.
  • Lead Generation: Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to develop a pipeline through multiple channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and personal networking.
