Job Description

Ninja Xpress is a prominent last-mile delivery service provider in Indonesia, dedicated to supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) since 2015. They offer flexible services, real-time package tracking, and dedicated customer support. The company runs various "Ninja Rewards" programs, including Point Rewards, Creative Hub, Prima Benefit, Aksilerasi, and Capital Loans, to foster the growth of local SMEs. The Account Manager role is crucial for developing and maintaining relationships with key shippers, engaging them closely, and identifying business opportunities. This role involves helping key shippers resolve critical issues and driving revenue growth through proactive shipper engagement, fostering internal and external networks for collaboration, ensuring compliance, and managing data fulfillment for complaints, performance, profiling, and other shipper requests.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Account Management skills
  • Data Analysis skills
  • Business Development skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Job Purpose
  • Responsible for developing relationships with key shippers and maintaining existing key shippers by closely engaging and strong relationships, also overseeing business opportunities to develop with. And help key shippers to solve their key problems.
Key Result Area
  • Growing Revenue of assigned shippers through shipper engagement
  • Developing healthy network both internally (within Ninja) and externally for collaborative purpose
  • AM Compliance within Region
  • Data Fulfillment related to complaints, performance, Profiling, and other request from shippers
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor degree from any major
  • 2-4-year experience in customer service, sales and related field
  • Account Management
  • Data Analyst
  • Business Development
  • Having Good Communication Skils
  • Fluent in english
