UFP Concrete Forming Solutions is seeking a driven, customer-focused Account Manager to join their dynamic team in the Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas region. This role involves building and nurturing strong customer relationships, identifying needs, providing tailored solutions, generating new business, solving problems, monitoring market trends, and managing accounts receivable and inventory. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build lasting relationships
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good to have:
  • Manufacturing experience and knowledge of UFP’s products

Location: Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas region

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of UFP to our customers—delivering value, insight, and solutions that help them succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that drive cost savings and efficiency.
  • Generating new business by promoting our innovative product lines to new and existing clients.
  • Solving problems on the spot and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitoring market trends and staying ahead of the competition.
  • Managing accounts receivable and inventory to support business operations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Manufacturing experience and knowledge of UFP’s products is a plus.
