Job Summary
Job Description
Ajmera Infotech seeks an Accountant to maintain US books of accounts using QuickBooks or Zoho. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, assisting with tax filings and audit preparations, financial reporting, and utilizing MS Excel for data analysis. Support with Indian accounting tasks may be required. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, experience with QuickBooks or Zoho, proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced functions), and preferably knowledge of US tax laws. Growth opportunities within the finance team are available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain US books of accounts using QuickBooks or Zoho.
- Handle bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Assist in tax filings, audit preparations, and financial reporting.
- Utilize MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) for financial data analysis and reporting.
- Support Indian accounting tasks if required.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Mandatory: Experience with QuickBooks or Zoho.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Knowledge of US tax laws is preferred.
- Ability to handle routine finance tasks effectively.
