Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled React Developer to architect and develop responsive, cross-browser-compatible web applications using React (16+ / Next.js). You will implement advanced features like real-time data streaming, drag-and-drop UIs, PWA support, and lazy loading strategies. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers is key. Responsibilities include optimizing for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and security, writing clean and testable code with unit/integration tests, owning CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Vercel, Netlify), participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and exploring new front-end technologies to enhance architecture and tooling.

Must Have

Strong command of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
Experience with Redux/Context, React Query
Proficient with CSS-in-JS (styled-components, Emotion)
Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library
Solid experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets
Git master with branching strategies and pull requests
Agile/Scrum team experience

Good to Have

Experience with Next.js, SSR/SSG, micro-frontends
Familiarity with Storybook, Figma to React workflows
Open-source contributions or strong GitHub presence
