Ajmera Infotech is seeking a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to build mission-critical release pipelines for regulated industries. The company has a 120-strong dev team powering NYSE-listed clients, working on HIPAA-grade healthcare systems and FDA-audited workflows where failure is not an option. The role offers a TDD/BDD culture, code-first pipelines with GitHub Actions, Octopus, and IaC principles, mentorship-driven growth, end-to-end ownership, and experience in audit-ready environments like HIPAA, FDA, and SOC2.
Must have:
- CI expertise: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bamboo
- Deep understanding of build/release pipelines
- Cross-platform deployment: Linux, MacOS, Windows
- Experience with compliance-first CI/CD practices
- Proficiency with Git, Jira, Confluence, API integrations
Good to have:
- Octopus Deploy or similar CD tools
- Experience with containerized multi-stage pipelines
- Familiarity with feature flagging, canary releases, rollback tactics

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI pipelines using GitHub Actions (or Jenkins/Bamboo)
- Own build and release automation across dev, staging, and prod
- Integrate with Octopus Deploy (or equivalent) for continuous delivery
- Configure pipelines for multi-platform environments
- Build compliance-resilient workflows (SOC2, HIPAA, FDA)
- Manage source control (Git), Jira, Confluence, and build APIs
- Implement advanced deployment strategies: canary, blue-green, rollback
Must-Have Skills
