Job Description

Ajmera Infotech is seeking a Technical Project Manager to orchestrate software delivery with engineering depth. This full-time, on-site role involves leading the end-to-end technical delivery of application development projects. Responsibilities include partnering with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to remove blockers, maintaining clarity on timelines, risks, and release progress, and managing inter-team dependencies. The role also requires driving sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming with technical insight, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and leadership. Ajmera Infotech builds planet-scale platforms for NYSE-listed clients in regulated industries where failure is not an option, employing over 120 engineers.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in regulated domains (HIPAA/FDA)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with monitoring and production support
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Git
  • Experience with cloud dashboards and reporting tools
  • Agile, PMP, or cloud platform certification
Must Have:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend services using .NET

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical delivery for application development projects

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical project management or program delivery
  • Prior hands-on software development or engineering leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of application architecture and cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proven track record of working across cross-functional tech teams—Dev, QA, DevOps
  • Expertise in managing sprints, epics, dependencies, and release planning
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and escalation management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in regulated domains like healthcare or life sciences (HIPAA/FDA)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support workflows
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Git, cloud dashboards, reporting tools
