Ajmera Infotech is seeking a Technical Project Manager to orchestrate software delivery with engineering depth. This full-time, on-site role involves leading the end-to-end technical delivery of application development projects. Responsibilities include partnering with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to remove blockers, maintaining clarity on timelines, risks, and release progress, and managing inter-team dependencies. The role also requires driving sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming with technical insight, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and leadership. Ajmera Infotech builds planet-scale platforms for NYSE-listed clients in regulated industries where failure is not an option, employing over 120 engineers.
Must Have
- Own end-to-end technical delivery

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Experience in regulated domains (HIPAA/FDA)

- Familiarity with monitoring and production support
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Git
- Experience with cloud dashboards and reporting tools

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend services using .NET
- Build secure, cloud-native systems on Azure or AWS with strong observability
- Ensure data consistency, concurrency handling, and transactional integrity
- Implement unit, integration, and contract tests using TDD/BDD principles
- Drive performance tuning, API design, and scalable database modeling
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-grade software with zero-defect mindset

- This is a permanent, full-time position, working from an office in Austin, Texas, and we are not considering C2C (Corp-to-Corp), W4, or any type of contract engagement for this role.
