Job Description
As a Javascript Software Developer at WebFX, you'll be responsible for coordinating and participating in the programming, implementation, testing, and support of web-based projects using modern frameworks like React.js and Feathers for Node.js. You'll program, develop, and produce data-driven web applications, websites, and mobile apps using the latest technology solutions and software. You'll also consult with clients and the account team to ensure effective use of internet-based technologies for enterprise business applications. Debugging and problem-solving across a wide variety of open-source and mobile platforms will be a key part of your role. The work involves 45% maintenance and debugging, 40% building new functionality, 10% consulting with other team members and clients, and 5% planning and quoting new functionality. You'll need reliable, high-speed internet access for this remote role.
Must have:
- Experience with React.js

What You'll Do
WebFX developers typically work on 25+ projects per year, so there is a high level of variety in work and two days are never the same!
Our web-based projects use a variety of frameworks selected on a per-project basis. Some of the more popular frameworks our team leverages in projects are WordPress, Magento, Bootstrap, Zend Framework 2, and Google Functions. Training will be provided on all of our core platforms, tools, and technologies.
Responsibilities

This position requires overlapping hours from 3:30 AM EST - 12:00 PM EST (New York Time Zone) Monday - Friday.
Africa / Europe (Ghana, UK, Ireland, Kenya, etc)
This position requires overlapping hours from 6:00 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks.
*** This excludes South Africa. South Africa has additional hours options.
North America & South America
This position requires overlapping hours from 8:00 AM EST - 4:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks.
