Description

The position is based at the Center of Excellence located in Asunción (Paraguay).

Bookkeeper will be responsible for payroll related activities of the America´s assigned countries / legal entities.

Will report to the Payroll Team Leader, collaborate with other colleagues, and work closely with HR and other corporate and regional functions.

Main responsibilities

• Payroll calculations, approvals management, bank processing and social charge payments.
• Payroll accounting, accruals and provisions, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Control, accounting and payment of outsourced employees.
• Control, accounting and payment over employee benefits (medical insurance, ecc)
• Vacation and absence control and monitoring.
• Payroll reporting.
• Payroll service providers management and purchase order creation.
• Payroll compliance activities.
• Travel expenses control, processing and monitoring.
• Attention to internal and external audit.

• Technical: degree in Accounting or advance student.
• Experience: 1-2 years of payroll experience, mainly in multinational companies.
• Soft skills: Analytical. Critical thinking. Problem-solving. Assertive communication.
• Languages: English. Spanish. Portuguese (highly required).
