Job Description
Trendyol seeks Accounting Process Analysis Professionals to examine and improve financial processes. Responsibilities include analyzing efficiency, suggesting improvements, preparing reports, developing procedures, participating in projects, identifying and solving process problems, and ensuring effective software utilization. The ideal candidate possesses at least 4 years of experience in accounting, strong analytical and communication skills (English and Turkish), SAP proficiency (FI, MM modules), and a process-oriented mindset. The role involves working within Trendyol's Finance team, a control center bridging commercial teams and customers to ensure financial sustainability.
Must have:

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Examine current finance processes to analyze efficiency and effectiveness.
- Make and implement suggestions for process improvements.
- Prepare regular report formats related to financial processes.
- Develop necessary procedures to ensure compatibility with other tools used.
- Participate in finance projects and ensure their timely completion.
- Identify problems encountered in processes and develop solution proposals.
- Possess knowledge of software and technologies used in finance processes, ensuring their effective utilization.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or other related departments,
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting, tax, audit and similar areas,
- Proficient at experience in SAP (especially in FI,MM modules),
- Having an analytical perspective and strong communication skills
- Medium written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish,
- Process-oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
- Played an active role in finance projects and processes.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and effectively manage various situations.
- Possesses technical knowledge and experience in process control and optimization.
- Open to direct feedback culture, to constant learning & development, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
