  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Hold CAT, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

The Opportunity

Join our team at Paphos Office in the Tax Reporting and Strategy department. This role offers a great opportunity to enhance your skills while working with local clients as part of a supportive and collaborative team. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in inspiring junior members, developing and implementing business development strategies, and managing day-to-day assignments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of local clients, delivering expert guidance on accounting and tax compliance matters.
  • Lead the client’s projects by delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and precision.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic support and advice as they implement changes, effectively addressing complex questions or challenges.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, thorough, and adhere to PwC’s quality standards.
  • Actively manage the team, sharing responsibilities, offering support, and maintaining transparent communication.
  • Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to junior members, contributing to their development and the team's overall success.
  • Utilize technology to enhance service delivery and improve the client experience, staying abreast of new tools and methodologies.
  • Participate actively in business development activities to identify and develop opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Assist the responsible engagement leader by providing regular updates on project progress and supporting business growth initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Holder of relevant qualification such as Certified Accounting Technician (CAT), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, with exposure to various client industries.
  • Very good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
