Job Summary

At PwC, our business application consultants specialize in optimizing operational efficiency for clients through various business applications. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support. As an Associate CRM Technical, you will develop and customize CRM solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems, gather requirements, manage system performance, and create technical documentation to help clients achieve strategic objectives.

Must Have

  • Develop and implement CRM solutions through customization, configuration, and custom development using tools like plugins and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide support to end-users, and manage incident tickets.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using services like Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, and API development.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document technical and functional requirements.
  • Ensure system performance and optimization, manage security roles, and perform data migration and deployment activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and training materials.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals.
  • Experience with web services, Web APIs, and integrations (e.g., Postman).
  • Experience with Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
  • CRM Technical skills.
