Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Artist with a focus on characters for our UE5 realistic research project. This role involves building the PBR art framework, ensuring high-quality realistic rendering for characters in Unreal Engine, and optimizing rendering performance by establishing efficient pipelines. You will also collaborate with graphics engine programmers to develop customized rendering functionalities, contributing to cutting-edge game development.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of technical art experience.
  • Led character TA pipeline for at least one UE project (realistic style preferred).
  • Proficient in character expression production techniques, with good aesthetic sense.
  • Understand basic graphics rendering algorithms and familiar with character rendering performance optimization methods.

Good to Have

  • Experience in console or 3A action game development.
  • Passion for game development.
