Job Summary
N-iX is seeking an experienced Middle/Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their infrastructure team. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native infrastructure. The engineer will collaborate with development teams, participate in client discussions, and ensure the reliability of production systems. Key responsibilities include managing Kubernetes clusters, building CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and resolving technical issues.
Must Have
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Ensure security, observability, and reliability of production systems
- Participate in architecture discussions
- Join client calls and resolve technical issues
- 4+ years of professional DevOps / SRE
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Proficiency in Python, Go (Golang), or TypeScript for production-grade scripts/tools
- Solid experience with Helm
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Fluent professional English (written and spoken)
Good to Have
- Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with GitHub Actions (or similar modern CI/CD tools)
- Knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal infrastructure projects
- Experience with multiple cloud providers

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Middle/Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team.
You will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native infrastructure while collaborating closely with development teams and occasionally participating in client-facing discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Ensure security, observability, and reliability of production systems
- Participate in architecture discussions
- Join client calls and resolve technical issues
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of professional DevOps / SRE
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments (deep understanding of how Kubernetes works under the hood – scheduling, networking, storage, RBAC, operators, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Go (Golang), or TypeScript (you should be comfortable writing production-grade scripts/tools)
- Solid experience with Helm – creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex Helm charts
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with multiple cloud providers is a significant advantage
- Fluent professional English (written and spoken) – you will participate in client meetings and technical discussions with international customers
