Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations in our Agra office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in travel coordination or office administration, with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Responsibilities include daily office administration, travel bookings, vendor coordination, and supporting HR/finance teams.
Must Have
- Handle daily office administration, coordination, and operational activities.
- Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics for employees or clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement and payments.
- Maintain office supplies, records, and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation and coordination tasks.
- Handle communication between departments and external stakeholders efficiently.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of travel bookings and logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Good to Have
- Candidates from the travel domain or with experience in corporate travel coordination will be given preference.
