Job Summary:
 

Netflix’s Feature Animation Creative Integration team is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a passion for Animation who can support the department. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining multiple calendars, and a high volume of cross functional and production facing meeting requests across multiple time zones. This will require a candidate with a positive demeanor who remains calm under pressure while juggling multiple projects.  The candidate will need to be a self-starter with exceptional follow-through, organization, and attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position in a rapidly growing global studio that requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable. 

About the Creative Integration Team:

The Creative Integration team is an integral part of the Animated Film Content team, dedicated to crafting bespoke visual assets that elevate our films' marketing and publicity efforts. This dynamic team specializes in creating award-winning visuals, internal graphics, and custom animations for strategic partnerships. They also help bring our characters to life through unique character poses, support internal communications, including town halls, studio events, and studio branding efforts. By blending creativity with strategic insight, the Creative Integration team ensures our brand's visual storytelling is both compelling and cohesive.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintaining calendars for the VP of Creative Integration, including booking and confirming large cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones

• Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally

• Preparing and submitting Senior-level executive expense reports

• Communicating and coordinating with productions and vendors both internally and externally

• Maintaining studio Google Drive databases for internal and external production use

• Attend meetings to take and share meeting notes and to manage action items out of those meetings

• Keeping slate trackers, crew contact lists, and other team documents up to date

• Planning team and/or production events (offsites, recruiting events, etc.)

• Brainstorming potential workflow efficiencies for the team

• Providing additional support on studio initiatives as needed

• Support the shows with any internal navigating of Netflix Animation Studios and Netflix cross-functional teams

What You’ll Need:

• At least 2 years providing administrative support to entertainment executives, agency or studio experience preferred

• Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and scheduling for numerous executives and simultaneous productions

• Team player who excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

• Google Suite proficiency

• Basic knowledge of the Animation landscape

This role is based in the US.

At NAS, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your compensation. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, location, skills, and experience.  The overall market range for this role is typically $33-40 per hour.  This reflects total compensation; we do not have stock options.
