Job Description
Stack: AEM, Adobe Analytics, Acrobat Sign, Data Collection Tags (formerly Adobe Launch), OneTrust.
Role summary
Own the health, reliability, and compliance of our Adobe Experience Cloud stack. Keep AEM sites fast and secure, analytics data trustworthy, e-signature flows smoothly, and consent enforcement correct across regions. Operate at L2/L3, resolve incidents, ship safe changes, and harden runbooks.
Key outcomes
- Stable AEM environments with clean deployments via Cloud Manager and well-tuned Dispatcher caching.
- Accurate analytics via AEP Web SDK/Tags and a governed, documented data layer.
- Consent-aware tagging with OneTrust (incl. IAB TCF v2.x) that gates Adobe tools correctly.
- Reliable Acrobat Sign administration, integrations, and issue resolution.
- What you’ll do
- AEM operations (Cloud Service / 6.5): Monitor, triage, and fix issues; manage Cloud Manager pipelines; validate Dispatcher configs; handle caching/CDN, replication, and access controls.
- Deploy & release: Run safe CI/CD, automate smoke/perf checks, reduce MTTR through strong on-call, incident, and problem management.
- Data Collection (Tags) & Web SDK: Build and maintain tags, rules, extensions, environments, and data streams; enforce data-layer standards; instrument sites/apps with AEP Web SDK.
- Adobe Analytics: Administer report suites, users, and classifications; maintain processing rules/marketing channels; validate end-to-end data quality.
- Consent & privacy (OneTrust): Configure CMP, implement consent gating (e.g., TCF 2.x), document country-specific behavior, and align with legal/compliance.
- Acrobat Sign: Support users/groups, templates/workflows; troubleshoot integrations and API issues.
- Runbooks & SRE hygiene: Create SOPs, dashboards, alerts, and post-mortems; uphold change, release, and access controls.
Must-have skills
- AEM ops: Cloud Manager pipelines; Dispatcher setup/validation; log analysis; packaging & permissions; basic OSGi/Sling.
- Tags (Launch) & Web SDK: Rule design, extensions, environments/libraries; Edge Network, data streams, identity/consent flow.
- Adobe Analytics: Implementation & admin (eVars/props/events), marketing channels, processing rules, QA.
- Consent management: OneTrust CMP configuration, cookie categories, banner logic, TCF 2.x, Adobe tool gating.
- Acrobat Sign: Tenant admin basics; workflow and integration troubleshooting.
- Tooling: Scripting (JS/Shell), bitbucket, Git, CI/CD, observability/log tools; solid incident/change management.
Nice-to-have
- AEM as a Cloud Service migration experience; CDN (Akamai/CloudFront).
- Adobe Target/Audience Manager; AEP RTCDP exposure.
- API integration experience (REST/GraphQL); server-side tagging/event forwarding.
Qualifications
Experience & education
- Typically, 5–8 years in web/app operations support, with 3+ years across the Adobe stack.
- Bachelors in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
Certifications (preferred)
- Adobe Certified Expert — AEM (Sites)
- Adobe Analytics (Developer or Business Practitioner)
- AEP/Tags coursework or certification
