We are seeking an experienced Adobe Target Developer with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a proven track record of working with Adobe Target, Marketo, and Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing personalized, data-driven digital experiences across web platforms, enabling seamless customer journeys and measurable business outcomes with segmentation and audience management, leveraging Adobe Sensei for AI-driven personalization, using Adobe Firefly for content generation, and utilizing Adobe I/O (AIO) for extensibility.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR).
- Design and implement page structures, layouts, and content strategies aligned with business and UX goals.
- Design, Develop and deploy advanced personalization and testing strategies using Adobe Target (A/B, XT, Auto-Target, Recommendations).
- Build and maintain AEM components and templates to support Target campaigns and dynamic content delivery.
- Integrate Adobe Target with AEM Sites, Marketo, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Salesforce CRM to power connected experiences.
- Design and manage audiences and segments using first-party and third-party data across Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to define KPIs, monitor performance, and derive insights and evaluate campaign performance using Adobe Launch & Customer Journey Analytics.
- Use Adobe Sensei for AI-driven content personalization and predictive targeting.
- Leverage Adobe Firefly to support generative creative assets for testing and personalization.
- Use Adobe I/O to build and manage custom integrations and extend Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities
- Implement and manage tags via Adobe Launch or GTM or other TMS for data collection and campaign deployment.
- Troubleshoot and optimize campaign performance, data integration, and platform configurations
- Monitor and manage the execution of test cases, including reporting.
- Manage campaign lifecycle – from ideation and configuration to reporting and optimization.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and usability across AEM and campaign delivery platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, personalization, or reporting issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Adobe’s evolving capabilities (Firefly, Sensei GenAI, AIO) to innovate and enhance user experiences.
- Maintain documentation, governance, and best practices for processes, and configurations across Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong web front-end development experience, including up-to-date CSS/JavaScript skills.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including experience with personalization strategies, test design, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, customer journeys, personalization strategies, test optimization and real-time targeting.
- Strong knowledge of Analytics – reporting, custom metrics, analysis workspace, and integrations.
- Experience with Marketo (lead scoring, forms, campaigns) and Salesforce CRM (data synchronization and campaign integration).
- Familiarity with Adobe Sensei and Firefly for intelligent personalization and creative automation.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (MVC frameworks).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.4 or above.
- Knowledge of Apache Sling, HTL, JCR, and OSGI.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Adobe I/O Runtime, Events, APIs, and Adobe Launch.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, testing methodologies, and agile workflows.
- Understanding of AEM workflows, Sling mapping, multi-site management, and translation framework.
- Ability to integrate with HTML/JS/CSS built by front-end developers.
- Adobe certifications in Target, AEM, Analytics, CJA or Marketo would be a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Real-Time CDP
- Experience working in agile teams using Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Web Development Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (MVC frameworks).
- Experience with front-end technologies such as CSS, JavaScript, HTML, iOS, and Android.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a portfolio showcasing previous web development projects.
- Familiarity with web content management systems and eCommerce platforms
- Good to know React & .Net web development platform.
- Integrate and manage complex marketing technologies across CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS (AEM), Marketing Automation (Marketo), MDM platforms, and analytics systems (Adobe Analytics, PowerBI).
- Design, implement, and monitor data pipelines to support cross-platform data flows, including campaign performance data, customer journey insights, and personalization metrics.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to architect and implement automated workflows for data collection, transformation, and enrichment.
- Implement and maintain ETL processes and develop SQL scripts and batch jobs to support marketing operations and campaign reporting.
- Design custom dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Adobe Analytics for real-time marketing performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Utilize machine learning and AI capabilities (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Python-based models) for customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Support data stewardship, governance, and quality assurance for marketing data lakes and MDM systems.
- Apply data scientist skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and personalization strategies using structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure seamless integration of webhook-based events from third-party tools into Adobe Experience Platform and CRM systems.
- Promote best practices for responsive/adaptive UI design, SEO optimization, and atomic design for campaign landing pages and dynamic experiences.
