Job Description

We are currently seeking an Advanced Technology Executive specializing in Information Technology staffing sales. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for finding and closing new opportunities. You will identify strategic business opportunities and target sales to current customers as well as potential prospects. You will directly contribute to the revenue of the company by increasing market share through your direct sales. We are seeking a KPI and metric driven employee with a self-directed desire to exceed goals while we grow out the Zones IT staffing business. This role requires up to 50% travel.
Must have:
  • Acquire new business and sell IT Staffing Services to current customers.
  • Constant networking to establish and grow a strong pipeline of prospect companies.
  • Develop pricing models which will translate into profitable growth.
  • Complete and manage RFP responses, to include sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Develop marketing strategies that will increase market share.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT staffing or other technical services industries.
  • Assertive approach to hunting new business and growing staff augmentation practice.
  • Strong sales instinct and orientation, experience in a ‘team sell’ environment.
  • Internally motivated with an intrinsic desire to succeed.
  • Practiced and proven sales negotiation skills.
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills.
