This is a full-time Advertisement Optimizer position based in Shenzhen. The role involves managing and optimizing information flow media platform ad accounts, focusing on maximizing ROI. Responsibilities include developing and executing traffic purchasing plans, creating ad strategies, building and optimizing accounts, performing data analysis, liaising with media partners, collaborating with internal teams (design, operations, technology), and regularly analyzing data to adjust strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about the gaming industry, possesses strong analytical skills, understands audience psychology, and can provide feedback on ad creatives. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential.

1、负责信息流媒体平台广告账户优化，对投放渠道整体ROI负责；
2、根据业务增长目标，制定流量采买规划和行动方案。完成广告媒体的投放策略制定，账号搭建、优化、数据分析等；
3、与投放媒体的商务、运营、产品等部门保持沟通，及时掌握媒体信息并用于投放；
4、与公司内部配合，推广设计、运营、技术对接、数据监测等相关工作；
5、数据按不同时间维度分析总结，根据数据及时有效调整投放策略。
职位要求
1、热爱游戏行业，拥有较强的好奇心和学习能力，优秀应届生优先；
2、良好的数据分析能力，能适应工作中频繁的接触数字和表格；
3、善于分析受众心理，了解受众需求，精准定位特定用户群；
