Affiliate Operations Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Affiliate Operations Coordinator to manage and grow our affiliate marketing program in the online gambling industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for data analysis. This role involves building relationships with affiliate partners, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing affiliate strategies to drive traffic, player acquisition, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including onboarding, support, and communication with partners.
• Set up affiliate deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Track and ensure accurate implementation of commercial terms in affiliate systems.
• Collaborate with finance to verify monthly payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor affiliate performance using analytics platforms (e.g., NetRefer, Income Access, or proprietary systems).
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all affiliate marketing activity complies with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and finance teams for promotions, payments.
• Monitor competitors’ affiliate strategies and trends in the online gambling industry.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on affiliate and player performance.
• Deliver data-driven insights to internal teams (marketing, product, finance).
• Maintain dashboards to track trends, fraud indicators, and retention metrics.

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in online gambling, iGaming, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and affiliate platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with online gambling regulations and responsible gaming practices is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital traffic sources is beneficial.
