Job Description

Rhino Entertainment Group is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic CRM Coordinator to support the Head of CRM. This role involves planning, organizing, executing, and analyzing promotional and lifecycle campaigns for various player groups across multiple touchpoints. The coordinator will work with the CRM team to implement promotional strategies, manage content, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness and reporting on KPIs. Regular competitor reviews are also part of the role.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with Optimove or Omega.
  • Good technical skills in HTML.
  • Experience with Content and/or Campaign Management Systems.
Must Have:
  • Previous experience in a similar CRM role, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or tech.
  • Experience using and optimizing CRM techniques like segmentation, campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM channels: email, SMS, web push.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task.
  • Creative eye and analytical mind.
  • Strong technical background.

Description

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and enthusiastic Co-ordinator. You will support the Head of CRM in delivering promotional campaigns and marketing activity for all player groups across multiple touchpoints for our brands.

What your role would look like:

  • Working with the Head of CRM to plan, organize, execute and analyze promotional and lifecycle campaigns to the current customer database across all sites.
  • Work with the CRM team to implement the promotional strategy, ensuring campaigns are within budget ensuring a positive return on investment
  • Work alongside the rest of the CRM team in planning and managing content on all aspects of the product through CMS tools
  • Work alongside multiple stakeholders across various locations to ensure requirements are met across campaigns and player groups
  • Assisting the Head of CRM in analysing and reporting on KPI’s with full campaign analysis for each promotion enabling the business to understand the effectiveness of the activity
  • Regular reviews of competitor promotions and best practice

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the iGaming, fintech or tech industry
  • Experience of actively using and optimising CRM techniques including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
  • Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM channels; email, SMS, web push
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and multi-task
  • Experience of working with Optimove or Omega is a plus
