Job Summary
As the Digital Analyst Specialist, you will oversee digital data analytics and insights in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong & Taiwan for International Marketing. You will work with global, regional, and local teams to develop analytical tools, deliver regular reports, and drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities include synthesizing data into impactful reports, communicating key findings to management, conducting analysis using in-house tools, and providing qualitative and quantitative insights for business strategy, marketing, and product development.
Must Have
- Oversee digital data analytics and insights in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong & Taiwan for International Marketing
- Develop analytical tools for SEA markets and deliver regular reports
- Synthesize data and analysis into impactful, action-orientated reports for stakeholders
- Communicate key findings and insights to senior management and peers
- Conduct analysis using in-house analytics tools and social/business data
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform business strategy, marketing, and product development
- Maintain knowledge of previous analysis to avoid duplication and share learnings
- Responsible for Business Performance Reporting to Senior Leadership Teams on a Regional Level
- Manage datasets and design data visualization dashboards on Tableau
- Analyze a wide range of data to help inform marketing, brand, and business strategies
- Work across 8 Local Teams (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Taiwan), Regional SEA team, and Global Data Team
- Comfortable using analytical tools for digital data (social, search) and traditional business data (penetration, brand equity)
- Perform data cleaning and transformation to ensure suitability for analysis
- Provide inputs on current available metrics and data collection to develop new metrics for research projects
- Generate graphs, dashboards and visualizations with core metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- At least 3 years of experience in digital and data analytics
- Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Sigma or other equivalent data visualization tools
- Proficiency in SQL (Redshift/Snowflake), Python or similar script languages
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques

Job Description
What you'll do:
- Synthesising data and analysis into impactful, action-orientated reports for stakeholders.
- Able to communicate the key findings and insight to senior managements and peers both conversationally and in formal presentation style.
- Conduct analysis using in-house analytics tools and be comfortable analysing a range of social and business data.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insights to inform business strategy, marketing, digital marketing, and product development.
- Maintain knowledge of previous analysis to avoid duplication and to share learnings from relevant past projects.
- Follow-up meetings with stakeholders after received analysis, to ensure it is helpful and documented any scope for improvements.
- Responsible for Business Performance Reporting to Senior Leadership Teams on a Regional Level. Manage datasets, design data visualization dashboards on Tableau, and deliver relevant insights to key stakeholders through strategic analysis and storytelling.
- As Digital Analyst Manager as part of the International Marketing team, you will be responsible for analyzing a wide range of data to help inform marketing, brand and business strategies. Will ensure the internal briefs are being translated into analytical projects.
- Work across 8 Local Teams (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Taiwan) as well as the Regional SEA team and also the Global Data Team on cross functional and cross geographical projects.
- Comfortable using a wide range of analytical tools to help with their analysis, be familiar with both digital data such as social and search right through to traditional business data such as penetration and brand equity.
- Responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative analysis and insight on the projects, whilst working alongside specialist analysts where required. As such they need to be comfortable working on their own analytics projects and also be able to work with specialist experts on larger, more complex briefs.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation to ensure suitability for analysis.
- Provide inputs on current available metrics and data collection to develop new metrics for research projects.
- Generate graphs, dashboards and visualisations with core metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
Who you are:
- You need to have at least 3 years of experience in digital and data analytics ideally in music, entertainment, or streaming. Understanding of local music business operations is preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Sigma or other equivalent data visualisation tools.
- Proficiencies in SQL (Redshift/Snowflake), Python or similar script languages.
- You are a critical thinker that can create a strategy to boost the track and campaign performance.
- Highly analytical and data-driven; strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques.
- You are able to understand data provided by our partners to create a framework and strategy.
- You need to be initiative and willing to help, agile and ready to work under pressure, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
