Job Summary
The Content Intern will support the content operations team in uploading, organizing, and managing music and video assets across distribution platforms. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of content, metadata, and related assets to maximize release efficiency and revenue opportunities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in digital content operations and music distribution processes, including uploading assets, managing metadata, assisting YouTube channel management, and supporting content reporting.
Must Have
- Upload and manage music and video assets to digital distribution systems and partner platforms
- Input, verify, and maintain accurate metadata and tagging information
- Assist in YouTube channel management, including manual claims and content ownership updates
- Support tracking and reporting of content ingestion progress
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of releases
- Perform quality checks to ensure all content meets platform requirements
- Support digital and marketing teams in preparing regular performance and content reports
- Current student or recent graduate in Media, Communications, Music Business, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with digital platforms, spreadsheets, and databases
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
- Flexible and proactive in a dynamic environment

- Basic understanding of digital music distribution
