Project / role / missions description

By joining us, you will integrate the User Centric Solutions engineering department, which provides secure, innovative, immersive, user-experience-centric software solutions to meet our clients' specific business needs.

As an Agile IT Project Manager, you will work on complex projects, acting as the interface for technical and functional aspects, and leading teams through various agile development cycles.

Your missions will consist of:

• Managing project scoping and steering: estimation, risk identification, planning.
• Organizing, coordinating, and leading teams to improve performance.
• Identifying risks and opportunities, implementing action plans.
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables through reviews, indicators, and testing strategy.
• Participating in responses to calls for tenders.
• Integrating and monitoring new team members.

Your profile

Is your priority to guarantee quality and performance improvement? Do you have the ambition to successfully lead complex projects? Do you want to discover innovative web technologies?

You have a Bac +5 (engineering school, Master, or equivalent) and experience in:

• Technical project management,
• Management of large teams,
• Development in Java, C++ or Web/JS in an agile context,
• Planning, budget, and resource management.
