Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be embedded in one of our game teams, working closely with artists, developers, and producers to bring visually striking and immersive game worlds to life. Your ability to translate creative vision into compelling visual content using AI will be central to the player experience.

Qualifications
• 2–3 years of full-time studies in digital design, illustration, visual communication, or equivalent – ideally from institutions like Hyper Island or similar.
• 2–3 years of experience working at a game studio, animation company, or design agency is a plus – but not a requirement. If you’re a design prodigy fresh out of school, we’re eager to see your magical artworks. Most important is that you’re hungry to explore everything AI has to offer, have a strong interest in design, and are curious about how generative AI will streamline and transform the way we create game visuals.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop.
• Strong proficiency in tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Magnific, or similar.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and how to work with AI in a consistent and reproducible style, aligned with Snowborn’s visual identity.
• Strong sense of color, form, composition, and typography.
Nice-to-haves:
+ Knowledge of generative video tools (Runway, Firefly Video, Pika etc.)
+ Basic skills in motion design / Adobe After Effects
+ Familiarity with AI text tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini
