Snowborn is expanding its Stockholm team, seeking a talented Game Artist with experience in slot game graphics. This role involves shaping the future of their games by working closely with product owners, art directors, animators, and developers. The artist will create high-quality 2D graphics for mobile-first gameplay and explore generative AI tools to enhance creative output, contributing to entertaining and engaging slots for a global audience.

Good To Have:

Curious about and open to using new tools like Midjourney, Magnific, Firefly, or similar to enhance creative output.
Ability to explore and integrate generative AI tools as part of creative workflow.

Must Have:

Shipped multiple games with visual responsibility.
Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
Strong sense of color, form, composition, and typography.
Well-versed in full slot game production pipeline and agile game production.
Ability to create high-quality 2D graphics adapted for mobile-first gameplay.
2–3 years of full-time studies in digital design, illustration, visual communication, or equivalent.
3–5 years of documented experience creating graphics for slot games at well-known studios.
Professional-level English, both written and spoken.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has shipped multiple games where you were responsible for the visuals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Game Artist, you will:

Work closely with product owners, art directors, animators, and developers to bring our slot games to life, taking the grand vision and concept all the way to final game assets.
Create high-quality 2D graphics adapted for mobile-first gameplay.
Explore and integrate generative AI tools as part of your creative workflow.

Qualifications

2–3 years of full-time studies in digital design, illustration, visual communication, or equivalent – preferably from art or game schools.
3–5 years of documented experience creating graphics for slot games at well-known studios.
Professional-level English, both written and spoken.
