AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI + Python Backend Engineer with a strong background in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and DevOps. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of designing, building, and deploying ML microservices. Additionally, expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLM) solutions is required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Examples of duties and responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python backend systems for AI applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with Computer Vision, OpenCV, and other visual recognition, object detection, and motion detection algorithms and libraries.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate ML models into backend services and applications.
• Build and deploy ML microservices using containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Develop automation scripts and tools for CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
• Implement DevOps practices to ensure efficient development workflows and infrastructure management.
• Optimize backend systems for handling large-scale data processing and real-time inference.
• Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and ensure high code quality and security standards are maintained.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and DevOps technologies and incorporate them into projects as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a backend engineer, with a focus on AI and Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with backend frameworks such as Flask or Django.
• Solid understanding of MLOps principles and experience with tools like TensorFlow Extended (TFX), Kubeflow, or MLflow.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Experience in designing and building scalable, distributed systems for machine learning applications.
• Knowledge of NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Transformers) and Computer Vision frameworks (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with deploying and managing large language models (LLMs) such as BERT or GPT.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of Gaming AI, 3D Computer Graphics, Metaverse, ThreeJS, Unreal Engine, and Unity 3D will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
