Job Description

TransPerfect is seeking an AI Logistics Coordinator to manage global logistics and coordination for its fast-growing AI division. This role involves coordinating international shipments, maintaining relationships with local partners, resolving site-related issues, conducting research on logistics and real estate, tracking financials, and providing timely communication and solutions to internal and external stakeholders. The coordinator will also manage asset distribution across multiple projects and locations.

Must Have:

Coordinate the shipment of packages across the globe and work with local customs to ensure prompt receipt of any project required items.
Establish and maintain relationships and communications with local partners throughout the project period, including service providers, other team members and the client.
Prevent and solve problems with the site locations including agencies/owners, utility companies, network, security and 3rd party vendors.
Prepare due diligence and research on various locals around the globe with a focus on logistics, real estate and purchasing.
Organize and track receipts and financials across projects.
Work with Production Teams and external vendors to summarize and respond to issues, provide timely communications, options and action plans to internal business partners/customers.
As required, provide expedite solutions and quotes that meet required service requirements at lowest total cost.
Maintain a detailed record tracking the distribution and allocation of assets across multiple projects and locations.
Full time position
Availability (40 hours/week), some after-hours may be required.
Experience in logistics, customer service, purchasing, and international shipping is required.
Experience with MS 365 applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently.
Creative problem solver
Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment.
Availability for occasional travel
Excellent English language skills.

Position Summary

This position will manage the logistics and coordination of purchasing, real estate, shipment, and other associated administrative tasks for multiple project sites across the globe. The successful candidate should be well-organized and be able to maintain multiple ongoing requests and projects.
