Must Have:

Confirmed engineer or technician with solid experience in civil engineering site supervision, ideally in mountainous environments.
Knowledge and skills in blasting, support structures, and hydraulic works.
Ensure technical and operational coordination across all site phases.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.
Act as the on-site interface for project management and the client.
Ensure adherence to deadlines, safety, quality, and environmental rules.

Job Description

A work coordination and control mission is open to ensure rigorous site monitoring, in direct link with the project management and the project manager of the operation.

Works concerned:

Complex and technical civil engineering works, including notably:

Mechanized aerial and explosive earthworks for the creation of the upstream structure (trough)
Geotechnical works for slope stabilization (nailed walls, protection against rockfalls)
General site installation and associated logistics
Underground earthworks by blasting for the construction of a hydraulic gallery
Associated support works (shotcrete, bolts, arches...)
Civil engineering works for the upstream structure and the gallery lining

Mission objectives:

Ensure technical and operational coordination across all phases of the site
Monitor work progress, control their conformity to plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements
Be the on-site interface for project management and and the client
Ensure adherence to deadlines, safety, quality, and environmental rules

Qualifications

Confirmed engineer or technician with solid experience in civil engineering site supervision, ideally in mountainous environments or similar contexts
Knowledge and skills in blasting, support structures, and hydraulic works
Strong capacity for autonomy, rigor, analytical mind, and team spirit
Good reporting and technical communication skills
