We are seeking a highly motivated AI Research Scientist to join our team and drive innovation in solving high-value business challenges. In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge AI models tailored to real-world applications. You will conduct applied research using state-of-the-art techniques in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Time Series Forecasting, Tabular Data Modeling, and Pattern Recognition. You will be responsible for the full research lifecycle—from literature review and concept development to prototyping and delivering production-ready models that make a measurable impact.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge AI models.
  • Conduct applied research using state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Manage the full research lifecycle from concept to production.
  • Experience with compilers: LLVM, MLIR, Triton.
  • Proficiency in AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX.
  • Familiarity with AI model architectures: Transformers, DNNs, CNNs.
  • Programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
  • Knowledge of workload distribution, code generation, and hardware architecture.
  • Strong background in code optimization, performance analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Experience in open-source contribution and upstream engagement.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on research ideas.
