We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer passionate about exploring new technologies and creating innovative, effective solutions to improve workflows. This role involves leading AI projects, providing technical expertise for AI workflows, implementing and improving AI models, designing automation solutions, and mastering Generative AI technologies like prompt engineering and fine-tuning. The ideal candidate thrives on a "how can we do it better" mindset and stays ahead of cutting-edge AI and gaming trends.

Must Have

• Lead a range of AI projects collaborating with teams from marketing to product and beyond
• Deliver technical expertise to support AI workflows, handling ad-hoc requests and issues
• Provide technical insights and suggestions to implement and improve AI models and tools
• Design and deploy automation solutions that drive simplicity and efficiency, leveraging APIs, connectors, and workflow orchestration
• Explore and master Generative AI technologies to support asset production processes, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning use cases
• Stay ahead of cutting-edge trends in AI and gaming and translate them into practical applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related engineering field
• Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Interest in Generative AI techniques (Diffusers, LoRAs, GANs, Transformer models, etc.) and a desire to develop in this area
• An always-looking-for-better-ways mindset and the ability to understand team needs to proactively generate solutions
• Ability to combine technical and business mindsets effectively
