As part of a small team, you will be responsible for bench testing, debugging, and characterizing embedded on-chip circuitry such as PLLs, DLLs, clocks, data converters, DDR memory, and various I/O interfaces. You will develop benchtop electrical tests using FPGA, JTAG, SPI, and analog interfaces. This involves drafting and executing scripts to automate tests, extract results, and generate reports using database and analytical tools. You will also generate reports for characterization and debugging to provide design feedback, perform in-system PI/SI measurements for correlation with simulation models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, System HW, and SW. Additionally, you'll support ATE and Product Engineering.
