Job Summary
Job Description
This Analyst Operations role requires 5-7 years of experience in investment operations or wealth management, with a focus on people leadership. The position demands in-depth knowledge of various investment instruments like stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and advisory solutions, alongside familiarity with asset movement operations including settlements, transfers, and reconciliations. Candidates must understand the US regulatory environment (FINRA, SEC) and be prepared for evening/night shifts and occasional extended hours. Good communication skills and adaptability are essential.
Must have:
- Overall, 5-7 Years of experience in investment operations or wealth management with proven people leadership
- Ability to work evening/night shifts.
- In-depth knowledge of investment instruments: stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and advisory solutions.
- Familiarity with asset movement operations: settlements, transfers, reconciliations, and trade support
- Hands-on understanding of the US regulatory environment (FINRA, SEC)
- Experience working with global financial services partners, especially US-based stakeholders.
- Shows flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- Occasional extended work hours/weekends to meet deadlines.
- Participation in training sessions, presentations and meetings.
- Good communication Skills.
