The Partner Network Support Specialist will support Guardian Dental's network of partnership providers, their representatives, and lease clients by delivering exceptional service. This role involves accurate and timely resolution of inquiries, maintaining data integrity across systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the growth and stability of the dental provider network. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a production and quality-driven environment are essential.

As the Partner Network Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Guardian Dental’s network of partnership providers, their representatives and lease clients by delivering exceptional service to both internal associates and external partners. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely resolution of inquiries, maintaining data integrity across systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the growth and stability of the dental provider network. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a production and quality-driven environment.

You Will

  • Promptly address and resolve inquiries from shared email inboxes, prioritizing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage escalated issues with urgency, engaging leadership as needed to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Promptly and accurately process claim files from leasing clients for pricing with guardian fee schedule information.
  • Be involved in process improvement projects.
  • Support leadership with tracking inquiry details including volume, timing and issue type.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Communicate professionally with partnership representatives, providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency in written correspondence.
  • Support multiple departments in initiatives aimed at improving the provider experience and expanding the network.
  • Manage provider records to reduce duplication and enhance data integrity.

You Have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience working with web-based systems and navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent Guardian effectively in all interactions.

This is a remote position with possible annual travel for leadership meetings.

Salary Range:

$50,270.00 - $75,402.50

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
