Spaulding Ridge is seeking an Anaplan Analyst to join their Anaplan Delivery team. This role involves collaborating with team members to design and implement technology aligned with client business objectives, building Proof of Concepts within Anaplan for potential clients, identifying issues and recommending solutions using Anaplan methodologies, and understanding client business needs. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in finance/FP&A, supply chain, or sales operations, a degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or Management Information Systems, strong Excel skills including macros and complex data modeling, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of multi-dimensional data architecture is required. Previous Anaplan experience and certifications are preferred but not mandatory, as is experience with other business planning and modeling tools. Fluency in English is essential, with French, German, or Dutch being a plus. The candidate must be based in Spain with valid work/residency permits.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of finance/FP&A, supply chain, or sales operations experience

  • Strong Excel skills (macros, Lookups, SumIf)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Multi-Dimensional data architecture

We are looking for an Anaplan Analyst to join our Anaplan Delivery team!    

As an Anaplan Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our clients within our Anaplan practice by solving problems and bringing innovative ideas to our international clients and teams. 

The role

  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with client business objectives.
  • Build mock Proof of Concepts within Anaplan for potential clients.
  • Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies.
  • Understand client business needs, goals, and objectives. 

You have

  • 1-2 years required of finance/FP&A, supply chain, and/or sales operations experience
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems 
  • Strong skillset within Excel. Including an understanding of how to develop macros, and model large data sets utilizing Lookups and SumIf functions. 
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Sound understanding of Multi-Dimensional data architecture 
  • Previous Anaplan experience and certifications preferred but not required 
  • Experience with any business planning and modeling tools is preferred  
  • Fluency in French, German or Dutch is preferred; Fluency in English is needed for this role, as you would be part of international team.
