Job Description
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. This role involves overseeing the application development process, coordinating with team members, and ensuring project milestones are met. Responsibilities include being a Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing the team, making team decisions, collaborating with multiple teams, providing solutions, leading the application development process, ensuring timely delivery, and mentoring team members. You will be responsible for .NET Full Stack Development, and you'll be expected to effectively lead the application development process.
