Do you always keep an overview and have a knack for order?

As a specialist for warehouse logistics, you are our organizational talent: You receive goods, store them professionally, assemble deliveries, and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time. You also work with modern technology and help to improve our logistical processes.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN DURING YOUR APPRENTICESHIP

• Receiving, checking, and professionally storing goods
• Picking and packing goods for dispatch
• Planning and organizing logistical processes
• Operating industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts)
• Working with modern IT systems for warehouse management
• Applying regulations on occupational safety and environmental protection

WHY YOU SHOULD START WITH US

• Early completion possible: If you show strong performance, you can take your exam earlier or shorten the apprenticeship
• Top earnings according to chemical collective agreement: 1,192 € in the 1st year of apprenticeship up to 1,279 € in the 3rd year of apprenticeship
• Annual bonus 100%, holiday pay 700 €
• Working hours: 38.5 hours per week, 30 days holiday
• Digital equipment: iPad or notebook (depending on profession)
• Exam preparation: Two days paid leave
• Mobility & Internationality: Deutschland-Ticket, EU exchange programs
• Personal support: Fixed contact person, regular feedback
• Takeover chances: We want our apprentices to stay – if you are committed and show your strengths, the chances are great
• Your perspective after the apprenticeship: Salary group E6 – 3,552 € (according to chemical collective agreement from April 2025)

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least a good secondary school leaving certificate or a secondary school certificate (e.g., Realschulabschluss)
• Enjoyment of practical work and willingness to get involved
• Interest in logistics, processes, and IT systems
• Good understanding of numbers and organizational talent
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit

As a specialist for warehouse logistics, you are an important link in our supply chain. With your experience and knowledge, you can develop further after the apprenticeship – e.g., through further training to become a master craftsman, business economist, or with specializations in logistics.
