Clos des Sens, a 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotel with a 3-Michelin-starred and green-starred gastronomic restaurant, is seeking a Resident Chef for Le Cortil, its summer restaurant located in the garden. The role involves developing and designing a menu aligned with Clos des Sens' culinary identity, overseeing culinary production, managing orders and stock, leading and training the kitchen team, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards. The establishment is known for its authentic, plant-based, and lake-inspired gastronomy, emphasizing local producers and permaculture.

Must Have

  • Develop and design a menu in line with Clos des Sens' culinary identity
  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary production
  • Manage orders and monitor stock to control costs
  • Manage, train, and support the kitchen team
  • Ensure the application of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Confirmed experience as a chef de partie or sous chef in a similar establishment
  • Passion for local products and mastery of culinary techniques
  • Excellent team management and organizational skills
  • Rigor and demanding standards in hygiene and quality
