What You Will Do
- Handle all the driver community, marketing, and driver care responsibilities on satellite level
- Handle channel walk in center on each area
- Manage driver’s problems
- Manage service time, driver and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Area Operations Supervisor for day-to-day escalated issues around driver service and customer service.
What You Will Need
- Fresh graduate or having min. 1 years experience in related area
- Bachelor degree from top university
- Able to handle walk in channel
- Experiences in face to face serviceExperiences working with excel and do data visualization
- Willing to improve driver satisfaction
- Experience with BigQuery and Data Analysis
